This pigtail hose kit is designed to replace your existing 1/4” male inverted flare high pressure hose, that connects your cylinder to your American regulator (Such as those from Trident Marine).
 
You will then be able to use this kit of 8 of the most commonly used adaptors, to connect to different cylinders around the world.
